Well, if you are into neutrals, CoverGirl has a few single eyeshadows that are amazing. Like Mink, Tapestry Taupe, etc. Also their trio in Shimmering Sands is amazing, but might be hard to find. Seriously took me two months to find it! Also, look into Wet N Wild's eyeshadows. Super pigmented, and some of the cheapest makeup on the market right now. Good luck :)
