Pedicure Dilemma!

Hey everyone! Well I am having a slight dilemma! I have been trying to get a decent pedicure in the Los Angeles area. To be alittle more specific for those who live in LA, I live in Koreatown. Every salon I go to, I ask for a spa pedicure and I am out of there in no less than ten minutes. Just trim my nails, paint them (no base or top coat) and I AM OUT THE DOOR! I am in NEED of a pedicure. My feet are becoming hard and crusty (YUCK! I KNOW) at the bottom and I need to find a place that will take care of that also! I am open for suggestions! THANKS LADIES <3
