EOS lip balm is amazing! You can find it at CVS & Walmart and its very affordable. Also, Vaseline is a good option.

Rosebud Salve is $6 at Sephora
I can't seem to find a product that wont make my lips feel worse, any suggestions?
My boyfriend had really chapped lips, like really bad, they started scarring, I told him to use something called Lanolin, it's actually kind of like petroleum jelly but it's for beast feeding moms. Its safe for your lips and even though it's considered Nipple Cream, my boyfriend gladly uses it. You can find it at Wal-Mart its about 9.00 but it will probably last you a few months, it's a travel size kind of lotion tube.
(its safe for a baby, so you should be good. It's for "chapped" nipples from breast feeding)
Paw paw ointment is another great one :) Great for everything!
I use Vaseline :) pretty good & magical.
And drink lots of water! Loooooads..
Jack Black lip products!
My lips are always chapped to the point of bleeding. I've been using Reve de Miel from Nuxe for about 2 weeks now, and I am amazed. It is the only product I've found that doesn't make my lips worse, it actually heals them. Now they feel really hydrated.

the key is to keep them MOIST i used Bath&BodyWorks lip gloss..when your lips peal rub the dead skin off and reapply the lip gloss..the BBW lip gloss also re-hydrates and stops the bleeding ^_^ GOOD LUCK!!!!
Carmex, hands down. Always works for me, 15 minutes and my lips are no longer chapped!

I use this lip conditioner by Jouer its glossy but it fixes your lips within minutes.
I love this stuff.
Vaseline Lip therapy is awsome and very affordable
Oh man my lips are the WORST. they get dry and peel and of course, I pick at them and peel the skin off. I know, SO gross, but I can't help it!!! I put on a looooot of vaseline at night, then in the morning I put on a really moisturizing lipstick so I won't be tempted to pick at them. Works every time :)
I use Carmex to unchap them at first, then Burts Bees to keep them like that!
Maybelline Baby Soft Lips! Works great for me(:
I use original Blistex (teal tube). It's really soothing!
Water water water and VASELINE! It works wonders. Another great product is EOS lip balms. Plus they are super cute ;)

Petrollum jelly is the best or carmex
I sware by Rosebud Salve, Principessa Lip Balm, or plain old Vaseline. I find most chapsticks are just filled with awful ingredients that only temporarily alleviate the problem and do not actually help cure it!
My boyfriend get's very dry lips to the point of cracking and I now have him hooked on my Principessa...I often catch him digging in my purse for it!
To really keep my lips soft I use Rosebud Salve (you can find at Bath & Body Works or different 'flavoured' ones at Sephora) and a lip scrub. You can make one at home or buy one from stores like Lush. After rubbing my lips together for a few minutes, I remove everything off and re-moisturize with the Rose Salve :) I find that EOS is too waxy for me and doesn't moisturize so if your lips are VERY chapped/dry like mine, I wouldn't recommend it. Also, moisturize your lips constantly throughout the day (morning, afternoon and even before bed!)
Korres lip balms are really moisturizing. Also, theres tons of shades to choose from. You can choose a nude/clear balm or a pinky/red tint
Burt's Bees has never failed me! I'm trying out the Eo's lip balm and it's working really well but I like the tingle of Burt's Bees. Either way, those lips will be moisturized!
I've found Jack Black lip balm, and Keihl's Rosebud lip balm to be my favorites.
