I'm a bit of a fanatic of vitamins! I take fish oil, evening primrose, multivitamin, hyaluronic acid and grapeseed extract! I like taking care of myself inside out :) I have dry skin however, but evening primrose is good for regulating your hormones which might help your acne :)
supplements wont help with breaking out unfortunatly but i do take biotin bc its good for skin and hair and nails. also washing your face everynight with a deep cleanser like burts bee's. i also do homeade facial masks with lemon, raw honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, also making a past of baking soda and water is good too takes out black heads.
What do you guys think of taking vitamin supplements to help with spots and good skin? I hear acai and vitamin E capsules are the best along side a good diet obviously. I'm breaking out bad lately and it's getting me down so I'm hoping taking supplements will help xxx

You don't have to take supplements. Just drink a lot of water and in a two weeks you should see it skin clearing up
