The best kept secrets are always the natural ones. Dont waste alot of money of over the counter products because they usually never work or take forever to work. Use 100 % Shea Butter . I get mine from hair beauty supplies . They come in a big tub for about $5 . Its also great for stretch mark deminishing. It gets rid of even the darkest stretch marks so imagaine what it can do for your scar ? My aunt Mary Anne has FLAWLESS , eventoned skin because of her use of shea butter over the years. Look up some videos on utube for reviews. I think you will be greatly impressed. Hope this helped . GOODLUCK ! :)
Before you decide to take such drastic measures (laser or -god forbid- totooeing over them) try Coverderm's Perfect Legs! And let me know how that worked out for you :)

Depending on the scar? If it is a raised scar, any makeup or cover-up techniques probably will just mask the discoloration if there is any, rather than conceal the presence of the scar itself. If it is a scar that doesnt raise-up on your normal skin and the only way you know it exists is because of discoloration (ie. red, black/blue, dark brown, pinkish, etc) and you can see it with the naked eye, then look into a SKIN TONER CORRECTOR. For example, if the scar is reddish you might be able to conceal it with a green corrector, since green cancels out red based on color wheel theory. I know it sounds crazy but it works!!!! You say its a huge scar and that might disqualify you from covering it with concealer, corrector or toner. Look into it however, you would be surprised how many of your most beautiful and famous people in the world have the exact same beauty dilemmas as you!!! Here is a link to a video on youtube that might begin you on your journey toward correction!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oABN...
How old are your scars? If they are relatively new (year or less), taking supplements like vitamin E or using retinol cream can make them disappear. If they are old, I would speak to a dermatologist. Older scars are 'set' deep in your skin and many layers would have to be repaired--laser therapy could be your only treatment option.
Ive been thinking about laser scar removal but i was hoping their was something over the counter. Its either laser or tattoo as my choice now . Thank you very much for the advice :) very appriciated.
I was told that you can't get rid of old scars with over the counter products, you'll have to talk to a dermatologist. But yes, you can tattoo over stars, depending on how bad the scar tissue is. Ink and scar tissue don't go together as well as non-scarred skin, but it is possible to get it to stay. You just have to go in the shop knowing there's a chance the ink won't take in that stop or it may not be as bold as the rest of the tattooed skin.
I have two huge acars in my leg any suggestions on what products useful to dimminish scars? Also if i cant get rid of them do you guys know if you can tattoo over scars?
