Anti-feathering Lip Pencil?

I'm thinking of investing in one, but I'm a little clueless...
Are they even necessary?
Do you have a favorite?
Is there a cheaper alternative to UD or Too Faced? Because I'm cheap. ;)

Anything else you want to throw in about them? :)

I never really use lip liner unless it's with an OCC Lip tar, they're kind of essential with Lip Tar!

I'm not sure of any specific brands but if you feel you absolutely NEED a lip liner, you could go to a local drugstore and find some there for like half the price of UD.
