Ok so my hair is about to my shoulders and it's pretty dead. Some one recommended the mane n tail shampoo and conditioner for length and health . Has anyone used this product or knows someone who has? The feedback would be great!!! Thx

If I'm not mistaken, Mane n Tail is a light protein shampoo and conditioner. You would have to elaborate on what you mean by dead. If it's weak and brittle then I would say go for it but if it's dry then I would say definitely find a really good moisturizing deep conditioner. I use Mane n Tail occasionally but it's not a fav of mine.

I had a teacher when I was in middle school (and no, that was not last year) who was getting married that summer. She started the year with a very very short inverted v cut, and by taking care of her hair with conditioning treatments, no chemicals, and mane n tail, she had beautiful lush hair to her shoulder blades by the time summer came. If your hair is that messed up, I would suggest cutting some of it off and starting with fresh ends. Mane n tail can be good, however don't use it every day for extended periods, it's not good for your hair to keep using the same product and this one is so rich it can cause buildup with over use.
