I would go with an oil free primer such as MUFE HD Primer or Physician's formula Correcting Primer.
For foundation I would go for something with low SPF (or even no SPF) so that way you can avoid a white face in photos. My go to full coverage foundation is MUFE HD. It's expensive though. A cheaper alternative is MAC Studio Fix or even better Revlon Colorstay.
I would apply a light powder to keep the foundation lasting longer and to keep your face matte. If it fits in your budget, you can find Mattifying gels you can apply before you add foundation. I know UD has the De-Slick oil control spray which doubles as a setting spray to help keep your face makeup lasting all night long.
Hope that helps! Have a fabulous night! :)
