Any idea on how to make it last? I only get like two hrs until it starts to just melt on my face. I set it with a powder I also have set it with Ben nyes setting spray ( which is for theater makeup) and nothing! It's frustrating cause I love the way it feels and looks. Could it be the heat? I live in San Fernando valley so idk if that's the issue.
What kind of primer are you using? Your foundation and your primer may not be mixing well together, or if you have oily skin it's breaking down the foundation after a while. I've been using UD Naked Skin with Philosophy's The Present moisturizer/primer and it's held up really well for me despite the heat and humidity.
To better understand your question; what would you say your skin type would be? Or how does it feel with/out makeup on? I notice you did not mention what primer you are using with the foundation (which could be your issues). That is very important. Try an oil-free or gel/light moisturizer, then maybe the same in a primer, than apply your NAKED SKIN and set it with your powder or All Nighter spray. With that foundation, it does not matter really what skin type you have due to it being semi-matte with its finish. Just make sure your using the right preps & primers for your skin type.
Your problem is not your foundation but your primer. I'm a super oily girl who has got my skin to stop producing so much oil. For some reason mineral products, especially elf, tend to make oily skin oiler. I promise if you invest in a matifying primer like the Rimmel one it might solve the problem. I honestly believe its the primer.
if you are mixing an oil based produc and a water based product, there might be your problem, read the labels on the packaging and if you are mixing those two try to stick with one or the othe.
@jittaun this primer hasn't been an issue with my other foundations . But I will try the rimmel. @Antonio. I never thought of that! Geez and I'm a painter lol can't mix oils with watercolors! Thank you I will check that out. To be honest I think it's the moisturizer too thick and heavy for my face.

What kind of skin do you have? Primer? Moisturizer? If you have oily skin I heard its not a great foundation for that type of skin
