Hello
I am not really familiar with pimples or break outs but I have three very visible pimples that I need covered up for the weekend!! Any suggestions?

Use a good creamy concealer, apply with a brush, blend a little by tapping with your finger, then set with powder.

I agree with Kelly. When I have a spot that need extra attn, I clean it with toner, apply a dab of concealer and blend it into the red area, apply my foundation as usual, then add an extra bit of foundation blended well over that area. Powder your face as usual and presto (:
