Maybelline Mega Plush. It isn't clumpy, but still gives my lashes volume and definition. I don't think it's too great for length, tho.

I love love Mally! But you can only order it. Can't find it in stores yet. She yes waterproof and regular. I've tried a lot of mascara and hers is by far my favorite. Delivers long and plump.
