I'm going there in November, and so many people have said that makeup is cheaper in America. I have so many things I already want to buy, but I could use a few more suggestions :) Thank you!

Hmm..it depend where you're coming from. A lot of brand sold in the US are actually international, and I can't imagine them being much cheaper here. However there's a few US brands that are available in other countries too. Have fun (:
