I LOVE the Revlon Colorstay Whipped foundation. I never liked the regular CS because I thought it was too matte. But I've been thinking to try it out again. Anyone know if there's a huge difference between the combo/oily and the normal / dry formula? I think the normal / dry has a higher SPF??

Which one did you try before? I think the normal/dry version is supposed to have a satin finish.

I'm a NC15 and use the second shade up. I think it's Buff. I know that's not what you were asking but it's a reference ={
