I suggest taking the Hair, Skin & Nails vitamins and trimming your hair and from time to time doing some deep conditioners to your hair :) Hope this helps
Best thing to do is massage your scalp daily. When growing your hair, you should also only trim your hair when you need to. When growing your hair, it's best to avoid using loads of heat on your hair as your ends will become unhealthy and need to be trimmed too regularly. Needless to say, this will slow down the growing process of your hair even more. Hope this has helped and good luck :)
