im not sure to be honest. i have curly/wavy hair. and it was super dry and damaged. using it atleast once a week made a huge difference in my hair :)

Honestly, I feel like any hot oil treatments, henna, deep conditioners will help damaged hair. You know at the beauty supply you see all those little tubes in the front, try one of those. They're usually $2 or less and they really do work. It just takes time. Hair is not gonna be healthy in a day or a week. Try doing it once a week and you will definitley see a difference. I suggest wrapping your hair also like at night or when you're at home with free time.

Nexxus promend! I've only tried the conditioner and leave in creme so far, but I'm really impressed with this line. And the price isn't terrible either. Also, I think tresseme has something similar at a lower price point.
