I know from experience that using dark polish and taking it off Monday to put on new polish the same day can yellow ur nails, they don't have enough time to breathe... Try letting them breathe with no polish and use that square purple buffer and buff the top :) hope it helps
A little baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Mix them together into a paste. Use a nail brush to scrub your nails down, and bang! Whiter, brighter nails.
A lot of things can yellow your nails. Nail polish with no base coat, smoking, caffeine. But the paste works wonders.
Katrina I don't put on nail polish with out a base, I don't smoke or drink coffe... And my nails still yellow.. So I think that nails polish even with a base cause damage..:/ but anyway thank u all so much I'm totally going to try all the things u said😘😘

Also if you're looking for a natural method, I hear lemon juice helps as well.
