okay! so I used to have really long hair then in the beginning of the year I had this idea to chop it all off! (advice: don't do it!!!!) anywayssss. now that's it's short like in my picture I dont know what to do with it. it comes to my shoulders and just need ideas! help?
Well, for the curls, you could use a big barrel curling iron (or a clipless curling iron). I use flexible rollers in the gray color to curl my hair and it comes out nicely. There are YouTube videos on curling hair with flexi-rods, as well as detailed looking buns.
For the bun that I wear in my hair, I like to put my hair in a mid-high ponytail. I then take small sections of my ponytail, twist it up slightly and wrap it around the base of my ponytail in a clockwise fashion, and using a bobby pin to pin it to my head. I do this with another piece of hair, this time going in a counterclock wise fashion and pinning it to my head. Keep doing this until all hair has been placed into the bun and it should come out nice and full looking.

If you like curls, I think big loose waves would look lovely. Your hair is also a great length to start wearing nice looking buns.
