my hair grows super super slow, and i see that i should use either Castor oil or Biotone... Which one is better and healthier? Also i dont want the chemicles in the product to mess with my brain or anything! haha

Do you mean biotin? Which is a supplement that works internally you take it in pill form. Castor oil is used topically by massaging it on your scalp to help stimulate hair growth

You can do both at the same time because they are both natural. Nothing can really make your hair grow "faster" but good hair care & vitamins can help u retain length & optimize hair growth
