I would stay away from all of them. Splenda was original designed as a pesticide and now there are safety concerns with Stevia. Stick with natural sugars that have a low glycemic index.

I´ve been using splenda for about a month now and I've been reading about side effects and safety but nothing really convinces me. I need facts. What about Stevia? Is it a good option?

Stevia is more natural the Splenda, but honestly it's still too soon with either product to tell. We saw what happened about the aspartame in sweet n'low, and yet there's more aspartame in a single strawberry than a whole pack of the stuff. Who knows! Sugar in general is bad for you. When my dad had cancer screenings, guess what they used? Radioactive sugar, because it fed his type of cancer, and probably most (though I am not sure about that one).

I don't touch either one of these. Safe bet is stick with honey.
