I like Sephora's customer service a little better than MAC. All the MAC girls I've encountered in my local mall have given me the death glare and steered me away from their counter. Plus, I've had a bad experience with MAC, which is why I tend to order their products online. At Sephora, I feel like the service is friendlier and more relaxed. Definitely my favorite place to buy makeup.
