I recently started using MAC products and the makeup remover I have been using for years isn't working to get it off to the point where I need to use lotion over my face and then take a q-tip to take if off...please help!!
Need suggestions :))
I honestly just use the 32 pack of generic CVS makeup remover wipes. They are alcohol-free so they dont dry out my skin and i can also safely clean off my eye makeup.
Neutrogena wipes are amazing also smell really good and leave your skin soft and can also use the oil free make-up remover it's a blue bottle also by Neutrogena you can put some on the wipe after you use it and rub your lashes for a bit if you use a lot of mascara then wash off with water hopefully it works for you
I use jojoba oil for eye makeup and the up and up brand from Target makeup remover wipes for my face- but only if I absolutely cannot wash my face because even the wipes do not remove all the makeup
I use rimmels makeup remover everyday. It isn't oily or gross like a lot of removers are. It's so gentle & I also use Lancôme bi facil makeup remover for hard to remove makeup.
Use an oil based makeup remover, works like a charm and thoroughly removes all makeup, dirt and excess oil from the skin, then cleanse your skin with your face cleanser. Oil based cleansers are also very nourishing for the skin :)
Liz earl cleaner and polish! It's amazing but is on the pricely side! It you live in the uk SuperDrug viteruim e polish and cleaner ! Remember to use Muslim cloth :)
I use CVS eye makeup remover and it works pretty well. I also use the makeup removing cotton circles and then I spray the eye makeup remover on to them. This really helps rather than just using a tissue and the remover.
Whipes are nice garnier has some good ones as well as josie maran but if ur needing something for eyes ir waterproof make up then you've got to use something oil based. Make up forever SENSEYES works like a dream and u only need a little bit. Regardless of ehat you use because you upped ur make you've gota up ur cleansing process. 1step remove make up THEN wash your face. No make up whipes are meant to cleanse neither are any strong removers. You must get a facial cleanser to actually wash your face ;) goodluck!
The best I have tried is the sonia kashuk makeup remover. Works beautifully even on stubborn waterproof mascara. Just place a cotton pad with this stuff over ur eye for about 15 seconds and wipe off. Awesome stuff!
i honestly buy soft gentle quilted baby wipes , remove my makeup like that . . . then i wash my face with a gentle exfoliater or facal soap . i dont use waterproof mascara so it works well enough for me !
