So I'm sure most of us have been frustrated by not having that custom thumbnail option!
So just wanna share some good news that it is still possible to become a youtube partner though other companies to get that thumbnail, custom banner ect.
I just got accepted to be a YT partner though fullscreen...
you guys can apply at fullscreen.net. I think they are looking to partner more YT beauty gurus..
I have 360 Subbies and 21K views and the accepted me!!!! :)

Of course that makes sense, I was so nervous starting my channel but I just closed my eyes and did it lol. Its your life you should do what you want!! :)
I figured this is the one time in my life where I'll be young and able to do something like this. And now that I've started all of my coworkers, friends, and family are so supportive!! Just do it girl! I'll sub to you :) xoxo

You cant partner with youtube directly anymore... They stopped partnering people this March. In March YT gave everyone the option to "monetize" your video but you will never get the custom banner/thumbnail ect.. and honestly I made NO money doing that..
You have to do it though other companies.. Fullscreen is just one of them there are many more. You can see reviews about Fullscreen YT too :)

you need 500 subs to get the fullscreen thing, thats what they repled to me, to reapply when I have 500... So I guess thats a goal

Hmm.. They told me like an hour after I sent my app... They usually email at night. They sent me the acceptance email then they send you the contract like a day later. Check your spam mail too. :)

Here's a head's up: If you're one of those people that got their AdSense disabled and you couldn't get it appealed, fullscreen will not take you.
