Not at all!!! I love thier brushes, and I have some of there eye shadows as well. Other great cheapo brands, wet'n'wild and NYX. I love wet'n'wild shadows and I own five NYX lip stains.

no theyre pretty good. I have their studio line brushes as well as a lot of their studio and mineral line. I love their studio primer and HD powder. Their complexion perfection compact is good as well.

ELF cosmetics is by far one of my favorite brand of makeup, its a hit or miss with cheap cosmetics, but the ELF studio line is really good and there studio brushes are amazing quality to. hope this helps.
