How can i get a nice top line using gel or a liquid? I cant master it>.<

Practice! And qtips!
Pull your lid flat, start at the inner corner, and go in little sections. Don't try to do one line all at once.
Have you tried the marker type liquid liners? Those are easier for beginners. Also, a good brush makes a world of difference. The MAC #210 is amazing for liquid liner.

Lift up your lid and aim the brush at your lashes. Start in the middle of the lash line too, Just keep practicing and try to get your hands on a good liner brush.
