I've been curious to try these because I'm not a huge fan of foundation.. I am fortunate to have pretty healthy skin that doesn't break out often. What are your opinions of drug store BB creams? Any suggestions/recommendations?
The drugstore BBs are just tinted moisturizers. They don't do everything they claim to do. I really don't recommend them. If you wanna try an American BB cream but don't wanna spend the money, get some samples at Sephora and see how they work. My favorite American one has been Boscia's.
I believe it's $38-- pricy, but I literally have to use an amount the size of a pea for my whole face. I've had a deluxe sample size for a few months, and although I don't use it daily, the fact that it's lasted that long is pretty great!
I love the lumi magique bb cream by l'oreal! It goes on white, but then as you rub it in it adapts to your skin colour! It reflects the light and goes a really nice dewy glow :)
I started using Maybelline BB cream this summer and I love it. It makes my skin look less oily while also making me look like I have a soft glow. This BB cream is a great way for me to even out my skin tone without applying any heavy foundation.
I mix the Garnier and The DreamFresh by Maybelline BB creams together, the DreamFresh gives a dewy finish and the Garnier is pretty matte but I feel like it's a bit orangey. If you really want a good Bb cream you need to try the Asian ones!
i love the garnier one at walmart. it says it corrects imperfections and over time it does. I have acne scars and they are slowly diminishing, it doesnt have very good coverage when you have breakouts but pair it with powder and then you are covered. i highly recommend it. i bought mine for $11 and i thought what a rip off for such a little bottle. but ive had it for 3 months and still no sign of running out. def worth the money!
I LOVE the L'oreal lumi BB cream! I've been using it for a month and I still love it. I use it everyday! I haven't touched my foundation (benefit's hello flawless wow oxygen) ever since I started using this bb cream. I've tried the Missha or Misha bb cream (I think it's an Asian product) and I loved that one too but you have to buy it online. Anyway, the L'oreal bb cream leaves my skin hydrated and smooth. And it's very affordable!:)

The garnier bb cream is the closest one in texture to the real bb creams. But you could try the brand Misha on ebay! Is inexpensive!
