Yes!! I have oily skin too and I swear by my primer. It's by Hard Candy. On top of that I use a foundation that helps clear oily skin (I prefer cover girl clean makeup or neutragena) the primer fills in the wrinkles and creates a smooth surface for the make up to adhere to. During the day for any extra shiny I dab some powder or use oil blotting papers. There are TONS of primer options, if you need help choosing one ask your nearest makeup counter or help (:
