Hello, ladies! I was just wanting to know some tips that you have fro growing out your hair! My hair is damaged, but it is getting better.. Please help!(: xxx
Start with a trim.. Then limit the use of heat & hair dye. Let your hair air dry as often as possible & never brush it when wet. Use a deep conditioning mask 2-3X a week & protein 1-2X a week (Redken's Extreme products are amazing). Eat a well-balanced diet & take supplements if necessary :)

Just don't use any heat x keep changing the way you wear your hair so not always in a ponytail as it makes that part of your hair weak x
