I think it depens on how related you are.
I dont do make up but I knitt alot and I just told my siblings that I can knitt or sow for them but they have to buy the fabric or jarn.
the rest of the family get discount.

so my advise is just explain that the make up costs money and you cant gif it away. If they want to let you do there make up they have to pay some fee.
if they dont understand that then it is there problem not yours.

I agree with the person above me. SFX stuff is kinda expensive, I would total up the product used and come to a price for them.
