What's more permanent?

I enjoy dying my hair all sorts of weird colors and I usually use Manic Panic or Splat. But when going red, I did some research on reviews for Manic Panic and what red lasted longer. When doing that, I came across dyes that were Demi-Permanent. I just wanted to know what is more permanent, Semi or Demi? Please help!

Demi permanent lasts longer. Semi just coats the cuticle.

Manic Panic's reds are terrible. Try Punky or Special Effects. Punky holds on for a loooong time. I know from experience!

Thanks everyone! I've been reading reviews about Ion Color Brilliance Brights Red and there are alot of good reviews saying it lasts a long time. Anyone know if that's true?

Yes it does! I've colored many people's hair with it... It's nice and bright!!
