I have been trying to grow my hair out longer, so I did some research and now i put 2 eggs, 2 spoonfuls of honey and extra virgin olive oil. I have been putting it in my hair about once a week and washing it out with head and shoulders. I don't know if it really works. HELP?!
A hot oil scalp massage will make your hair grow very fast..... It's easy to do at home too just warm up the oil King coconut oil works wonders..... Then massage your scalp with it..... Tie your hair up in a bun with no band just tie it up and wrap your head with a warm towel leave for half an hour and wash off do this twice a week

i used to take the b-complex vitamins but now i take biotin which has helped my hair more than the b vitamins

Use biotin! Also I've heard that the shampoo/conditioner Doo Gro stimulates the growth of hair follicles. Try to use these products at the same time!
