So I recently watched the movie called "this means war" and I just fell in love with Reese Witherspoon's hair! I'm having much longer hair than she but I think I could create the same look. I just like how her hair looks so fluffy.
Blow dry with a roundbrush to add the fluff and volume, then use either a curling iron or a flat iron depending on which works best for you to curl the ends up and curl the rest under. I usually wear my hair like hers but of course mine doesnt look as great but its very similar

Agree with Chloe, but the curling iron should be a big barrel, like 2 inches, so they end up more like waves and not curles. Then just finger fluff,
