I am am light skined and have freckles so i dont want a full coverage foundation but i do want light to medium coverage because i do break out and have some redness!! Thanks!!!

Neutrogena Healthy Skin is a really great medium coverage foundation that has a dewy finish to it, so it would suit your dry skin very well! I love this foundation!
