Will a brown eyebrow pencil looks better with my black hair or the black pencil?

Dark brown will work just fine. Your eyebrows should never be black, it looks too harsh. When I do my brows, I apply some of my eyeshadow primer on top to make it last longer than I begin to outline my brows with the pencil. Next I begin to fill it in using light strokes & I brush it using a spooly (mascara wand) once I do that, I take my concealer & clean up under my brows to define my shape.

NEVER use black, EVER. It looks way too harsh & will overpower your entire face. Always use a brown 1-2 shades lighter than your actual eyebrow shade for it to look natural.

To get a really defined eyebrow, after I fill them in, I always take a concealer 1-2 shades lighter than my skin tone & outline my eye-brow. Highlighting the skin around it will make your eyebrow look very clean & defined. It works every time.

Use a dark brown pencil, but go over the outer end of your eyebrows with a soft black eyeshadow. It looks best if the eyebrow goes from lighter to darker at the ends. Filling your eyebrows in black isn't bad, just use a shadow instead of a liner so the black isn't as harsh.
