Did you ever get a pimple?? But then it leaves a dark spot?? ♥
That is my issue right now, I had recently had a pimple and i got this dark spot when it went away, Does anyone know what product to use to make it go away??
Yes! What you are suffering from is hyperpigmentation and it is a horrible reminder. I agree with Asha, that lemon juice has been a miracle worker. I'm going to be doing a blog post on this soon. Don't put it on the sensitive skin near your eyes. If you don't like the idea of lemon juice, try a mix of green tea and apple cider vinegar and use it as a toner. It's the fruit acid that helps fade hyperpigmentation faster.
Erica, I can recommend an full-on acne regimen that includes a spot-fading toner that includes Hydroquinone for getting rid of post-acne dark spots... it also helps reduce hyperpigmentation caused by sun exposure over time.. it brightens and lightens the sun damage while reducing acne... a double whamy :-)
I have the same problem and it sucks! I use Garnier's Clinical Dark Spot Corrector every night and it actually does help. I'm only 1/2 way through the tube and about 1/2 my spots are gone. I previously tried lemon juice but it irritated my skin too much. But whichever you decided to try remember to use sunscreen every day and to reapply or else its pointless and your skin will freak out on you.
You may want to look at asian whitening creams most of them work and are cheap. You would just apply it on your spot. Also, I use bobbi brown brightening serum and it helps a lot. Then you want to be consistent with your facial treatments and if you have a lot of spots, you should look into microdermabresion, it's terrific at removing acne scars and it gives you a great face.

I think those are your pimple scars, or blemishes. Do you pop/squeeze them?
