It depends. Kinda of a vague question. If you want to streamline your make-up then go for it. At least for your skintone you can play with the originals coming out of Asia. A lot of folks like to bash on the Westernized versions without realizing that many folks (such as myself) can't wear the real deal BB creams because of the coloring. The Westernized versions are merely upgraded versions of tinted moisturizers....offer a little more coverage and benefits. I use Samshbox BB cream and it allows me to kick NARS primer to the door because it has primer already in the formula. I found that on me it actually dries out the random zit that pops up from time to time. Though it does contain SPF I still apply a sunscreen under it so I meet the level of protection needed to protect my skin. Now the real mccoy BB creams...many of them have skin lighteners so if you're needing to fade old acne scarring then this is the stuff to have. They even out the skin better than the Westernized versions. It just all simply depends on what you're needing it to do. But I suggest at least trying out both Westernized and the one's from overseas so you can see the difference. I tried both and the Westernized version is best for me.
