So when you go and get a trim from your hair stylist, do you find that you STILL have those nasty split ends lingering? What's your trick to keeping your hair healthy and preventing/mending split ends?

Get at least half the length of you hair cut once a year cut down on heat treating vitamin e and do a hair mask or deep condition once or twice a month

I use shampoos and conditioners specifically for damaged and colored hair, get monthly trims on my ends, hair masks two times a month and always try to not wash my hair everyday (invest in a shower cap

Oops, I sent it too early haha.. So continuation, (invest in a shower cap and some dry shampoo) and try to use heat less and less. Learn to love your natural hair. :) Good luck!
