I definitely prefer China Glaze, but they're pretty inexpensive if you're wanting to try different colors but aren't sure if you'd like them. Plus, they make some really gorgeous glitter polishes :) Only downside is that some shades require three or more coats to get opaque.
I like sinful colors...they have a large range of shades. The formulas are usually pretty good. I don't really have issues with chipping, but i usually switch up my nails every 3-4 days anyway. Well worth the price. Sometimes i find the for a buck
They have amazing dupes for some polishes. The formula is a hit or miss, as usual with most drugstore brands. I definitely prefer the creme ones to the shimmery, as they go on more opaque, but they can be a little more streaky. Also, as a quick sidenote, their shade in 24/7 is an exact dupe for China Glaze's shocking pink!
the colors are pretty why some of them are pretty thin you can use a white base coat make the color come thru beautifully but honestly (showing my cheap side) I think for the price it doesnt get much better
Some of their colors are nice and some don't last very long after a period of time. I always try to wear a base coat when wearing Sinful Colors just because I've had experience with it making my nails a little gross after wearing it without a base coat. They have an amazing color selection and it's so inexpensive. I already get horrible temptations to buy a bottle or two when I'm at the drugstore every so often, hah.
I've had nothing but love for the Sinful polishes. Perhaps that's because I've only used their glittered range. They last long, don't chip and every time I wear them people ask me about the name.
One thing that drives me mad about negative reviews in polish is, half the time the person never prepped their nails (at all or properly) in the first place for the polish to be able to adhere properly. You don't just get to use remover to clean them and pop the polish on and seal. Take the time, do the steps properly and watch your polish last 10x longer.
I have about 60 or more of their colors. Most are a little too watery for me. I always use a black or white base coat with them though. Their glitters are amazing to me. Their newest metalics range is great with two coats. Also almost every quarter they have a 99 cent sale.
I love the colour Nirvana. Very similar to Chanel's Particulaire. I agree that prepping the nail and taking time to let coats dry is critical and polish will look a zillion times better !

Hate it.
And they steal blogger's photos so that's another reason for me to dislike them.

It really depends on what color you get. I've had really crappy ones and really good ones. I would say try and swatch them in the store haha
