Oh gosh, your skin isn't that bad at all! If nothing seems to work you should go see your doctor. When I was battling my acne at its worst, I tried everything from Proactive to the Clinique 3 Step to drugstore brands, etc etc. The biggest help for me was going to my doctor who made me write down when I'd have flare ups and what I ate. I eliminated caffeine and dairy from my diet, and started taking birth control for my acne (we determined it was hormonal - that may not be the case for you), and now my skin is clear with a few random pimples from stress or when I slip up on caffeine. My doctor also prescribed Tactuo prescription cream, a blend of adapalene and benzoyl peroxide which does wonders for quickly getting rid of pimples - although it is SO drying.
Just remember it will get better and try not to stress too much about it - you're gorgeous regardless!

I agree, seeing a dermatologist would be a great first step. My aesthetician always told me that acne around your T-Zone is caused mostly by oil and irritation, but acne around your cheeks and jawline is caused more by environment, diet, stress, hormones and other internal factors. A doctor could help you determine the main causes so you don't have to keep guessing about it on your own.
But really, your skin isn't any worse than most people I know (myself included). Don't beat yourself up about it!
If you want to make it better on your own, try making small changes. Go days without wearing makeup to let your skin breathe, drink lots of water, wash your pillowcase every couple days. And you can try what Santina suggested- I know a lot of women swear that dairy and caffeine really affect their skin.

Have you tried another diet, maybe without any diary products? I've heard that a diet without to much milk etc can help people with acne.
You should go to a skin therapist who can take a look at your skin. It usually don't cost that much if you just book them to take a look at your skin and give a few advices.

Stop touching your face... make sure people dont eat something greasy then kiss ur face... even if my x bf would give me a kiss his beard would irritate my face and make me break out... keep ur cell phone clean with sanitizing wipes any phones for that matter... change pillowcase frequently... make sure if u wear makeup u are actually using a makeup remover then your cleanser as most cleansers are not made to remove makeup... sometimes if you dont moisturize ur skin will actually produce oil to makeup for lack of moisture barrier (oily skin does not mean ur skin is hydrated) clean makeup brushes... even hair products make my face breakout such as stuff with coconut oil in it... zinc supplements + food with zinc can help regulate your oil glands... cheap makeup makes me breakout... throw away sponges as they cannot be sterilized... i could go on and on...of course smoking makes ur skin look awful too thats an obvious tip there...

First off, your skin is not that bad, so stop stressing! That is probably one of your #1 problems when it comes to maintaining good skin. Also, take into consideration your age. I don't know how old you are, but you do look younger. My pimples didn't really start clearing themselves up until I turned 22-ish.
Find a skincare routine that works for you and STICK TO IT. When I was developing my skincare routine (because I didn't have a dermatologist to go to), I did my research. I read reviews, analyzed my skin type, and came up with something great. One of my biggest problems is that I cannot use anything with Benzoyl Peroxide in it, which is probably the most commonly used ingredient in most drugstore acne creams. Salicylic acid for me!
I have a different routine for both morning AND night. I'll gladly upload videos to my channel if you'd like! They're really not that involved. My advice? Find a good, gentle exfoliator for the morning. Follow that up with a hydrating cleanser and a good toner. Lastly, MOISTURIZE. I don't care how oily you think you are. You've gotta! Find one that works for you! At night, I exfoliate deeply with a facial brush and cream cleanser. I follow that up with another gentle exfoliating face wash and again, toner. At night, I use a different moisturizer which doesn't have SPF in it.
The key is sticking to your plan! If you veer from it, you aren't going to reap any benefits. Also, you are what you eat. If you eat greasy, fried, fattening food, your face is likely to look the same way. Be healthy, take your vitamins, and de-stress! Find things that make you happy and do them. Try not to worry so much about your skin. It's nothing you should be ashamed of, and it's nothing you can't fix if you aren't happy with it! (But you don't look to me like you have any serious skin problems, so relax girl!)
Anyway, I've rambled on and on, and what do I know? If you think I'm full of it, see a dermatologist. They know more than I do! Hahaha! I hope this helped, and don't worry! =]
