So in my theatre class we are practicing stage makeup and effects. Only makeup, no crazy flesh paste or anything, sadly. Anyways, since i am very interested in this and it seems we won't focus long on this unit, I was wondering if any of you could help me out and offer some tips i may not learn from my teacher.
Thank you very much ^__^

I would like to know feature altering effects and techniques. We will only learn how to make someone appear elderly, and i've already got that down for the most part, and i know how to make eyes look closer/farther apart, and a crooked nose (in theory). Anything more? :)
This might help with the eyes looking closer or farther apart:
A technique I like to use for changing the shape of your face/nose is conturing. If you use a brown eyeshadow or eyeliner and line where you want the new shape to be then rub in it, it changes the shape. If you search some tutorials like MichellePhan for example, she has some good videos with some conturing effects in them.
Contouring works wonders for changing faces, it works especially well for drag :) there are a ton of tutorials out there for different aspects of theatre makeup if you prefer to follow a video over writing :)
