Sally's Beauty Supply has great disposable applicators. I use them in my kit- lipstick/gloss, mascara wands, sponges, you name it. Very good prices too! <3
If it's Nicki make sure you have a SUPER bright pink lipstick hehe! Which look of hers is your inspiration? :) Sometimes her eye makeup can be very simple:D
Lime Crime is wear Nicki gets most of her lip colors (fyi, they are amazing). They are opaque and Bright which is what you need. As for Anti-shine I swear By MUF Mineral finishing powder (its the super fine white powder, goes on clear and mattes the face). The lashes were great. The eyebrows need to be perfect! Nicki is known for her perfectly groomed brow as well. As for bright eyeshadow I turn to MAC. Can't go wrong with them
try Avons "MagiX face perfector" Its and SPF primer so it goes under make up AND its a MATTIFIER. So it absorbes the oils in your skin. You can also try Marks "Matte Chance" Mattifying lotion prior to useing the MagiX

I would recomend OCC and Sugar pill products, they are super pigmented and have crazy colors available as Nicki is known for her neon makeup
