Advice on a color?

I'm trying to lighten my hair for summer, but I need a little help getting there.

I am pretty sure I'm a cool skin tone, so like, ash, blue-violet hues, etc. I naturally have dark brown hair, pale skin, and brown eyes. Last year I added medium and light colored highlights to my hair (through a stylist, no at home jobs- way too inexperienced).
But I found a picture of hair color I'd love to have... but I'm unable to tell whether it works with my hair style and skin tone... I think I can do it, but I wanna get some other opinions and advice on what to call it, etc.

The link to my tumblr below has pictures of my original hair, when it was first highlighted, and what it is now.. (highlights grew out a little and blended in) then a link to the picture of the color I want..

If you could please help I would really appreciate it!
I think, like, looking at her make-up, nails, and clothes that I might be able to do it, tone-wise. And if someone could tell me I'm obsessing about warm/cool too much that would be helpful! ;D

Anyway, thank you for taking the time to look, and double thanks if you answer!

hey skylar...well the hair you have naturaly is around a level 5...the hair you want is around a level 7 with hightlights...so to get to the point a stylist will want to dye your hair an all over color then do a few chunky bright face framing highlights...you are correct that the hair you want is a very cool tone blonde..i honestly think any person can pull of any color tone because we are able to change our makeup to suit our haircolor better..the question i think you should think about is matience...are you willing to have your roots done every 6 weeks to keep this color up?your root color will have to be retouched as well as your highlights.. i do think it is a pretty look, very summery...if its really a look you'll love then go for it...you can always dye your hair back...hope this helps..xo sarahann

if you are a bit scared to try it why not photo shop your self and ADD it on the computer so you can see how it MAY turn out. Ovioucely if your not a photoshopeing geek it may be a bit diffrent so the color intensity may very but you can more or less get the gist of what it may look like

Hey, thanks you guys so much for the help!
Sarah Ann- This helped so much! I had been trying to figure out a way to tell her what it was I wanted her to do and this is a huge help! Thank you!!!

Consuelo- I took your advice, and I didn't do photo shop, but I tried a couple of the online change-your-look things, where you upload a shot of yourself and then add foundation, hair styles/color, etc. This really gave me a great overall view of how it would change! Thanks a lot for the advice!!!

:D
