I am African American and I really don't ever want to relax it! So I hear about weaves (well I have since I was young) I really didn't understand it, and still don't much. I know that it is hair that is not your real hair (real but not yours) and that you put it on your head. I have looked up videos and still really don't get it. If I could get a further explanation on this it would be Great!

There's all types of weaves. You can get a full sew in which is when they braid your real hair then sew the weave to it. There's also clip ins, wigs and many other type of weaves.

Okay so I have weave, and there's many different ways you can put it in there's: (sew-in and glue-in) and probably more I'm not sure and I prefer you get sewn in because I feel like it's better because I've gotten sewn in around 4 years or so, and your hair will grow so much faster, since it's like "protected" underneath the weave, and how sew-in works is kind of like sewing a hole in a pair of jeans but for hair they braid all of it first (your real hair) than sew in the tracks (tracks) is just another word for weav\hair and the put in the track by sewing it in into your braided hair, hope this helped, and it is better if you see it visualy, so if you go to youtube and just type in (how to do sew-in tracks) and just find a video. there's also many ways and styles you can do, you can even have a part into your hair. so just type in (how to do parts in weave) something like that- well good luck and hope this helped☺️🌸
