I have long, wavy brown hair. I DEF want to keep the length, I've spent the past 2 years trying to grow it long. But I kind of want to do something cool to it color-wise. I don't want to completely dye all of it because I like my natural brown color. I was sorta thinking something w/ bleaching it underneath idk something kinda different or edge. I'm just not sure.
Does anyone have suggestions???
Thanks,
Meg

Dip dyes are nice.
I had my hair coloured a few years back and had the underneath bright blonde. I think it was called flashes.

Dip dying it wouldn't be good if you want to keep the length because you will need to bleach the ends and it will end up killing them. So in the end you might have to cut your hair quite a bit. Highlights would be pretty though!

@Emily Thanks, that's true. I'm trying to decide between highlights or maybe dying some underneath...idk what color exactly though. Tough decisions!

If you did something underneath would you just bleach it or did you want to do color? Because i want to do something similar with color and im thinking blue and purple would be fun!

i think you should dye your hair however you want. Just remember that when you do dye it to make sure you get right amount on your hair or else it would look uneven and ugly because sometimes dying your hair doesn't come out much so you have to leave it in longer. so be carefull. A perfect example would be that I dyed my bangs and underneath and I used level 40, which, was not a good idea because it killed my hair so use at least level 30 or even 20. But with 20 you gotta really watch it every 15 to 20 minutes. Sometimes using a hair blow dryer helps too. Have fun but remember to keep checking your hair. Plus too if you do damage your hair their is always conditioners that will help.
