these i my tips , id love to know yours
1.) After every shower rinse yourself with ice cold water to firm up your skin, for better circulation and the cold water will also help to seal your hair cuticles. And splashes of ice cold water on your face helps to reduce puffiness.
2.) To hide dark circles use an orange/peach/salmon colour concealer under your eyes and it will cancel out the ashy tone. The Bobbi Brown Correctors are great
3.)On a night out use whitening eye drops for red eyes, it makes you look fresh and awake. Try refresh
4.) A spritz of diluted apple cider vinegar on your scalp, helps to reduce dandruff.
5.) Use a face mask every other day, try honey, sugar and lemon, mix it, make it into a paste, and massage it into your skin.
6.) For shiny softer hair switch your regular shampoo and conditioner for a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner.
7.) Use a heavy duty hair mask whenever you can .
8.) Use a body lotion two minutes after you have taken a shower, it will help lock in moisture.
9.) Put petroleum jelly on your lashes every night for beautiful lashes.
10.) Almond oil or olive oil as a makeup remover is excellent.
11.) Honey and brown sugar can be used as a lip scrub .
12.) Instead of buying a cuticle oil, use olive oil and olive oil can be used to substitute shaving cream.
13.) Add cinnamon to your lip gloss to plump your lips.
14.) Keep your teeth white by brushing it with baking soda once a week and floss everyday.
15.) Greek youghurt has firming properties on your skin , you can use it as a mask.
16.) Green tea is a miracle drink for you.
17.) Allegedly Cindy Crawford is spritzing milk on her face, milk has many healing properties and will help to keep the skin youthful.
18.) You can also use powdered milk to wash your face. It’s a lactic acid wash, it’s a milk cleanser and its cheaper then most cleansers.
19.) A diet high in purple foods (black berries, grapes , blue berries etc.) they have a lot of anti oxidants and help with the aging process.
20.) Pumpkin steamed then mashed can be used as a hair mask to treat dry hair and coconut oil can be used after.
21.) Use lemon grass to steam your face , its soothing and it’s a nice treat for your face.
22.) Kiwi is winters super fruit. Mix one kiwi with a little bit of orange juice , a dash of olive oil and a little yoghurt. lay the mixiture on your face and leave it on for 10 minutes. The vitamins and the antioxidants are great for the skin.
23.) Use a little castor oil and rub it in on your hair to remove frizz and to prevent knots and it feeds the hair at the same time.
24.) If you put castor oil on your body before you go into a sauna , it will help to pull all the toxins out.
25.) Dissolve a couple of denture cleanser tablets and soak your nails in it, to whiten and clean them up.
26.) If you drink ice water you will actually loose negative calories.
27.) You know those fat pockets you cant seem to get rid off, Mesotherapy is injected into those fatty deposits and it will help you to excrete that unwanted fat.
28.) Massaging the body with coconut and almond oil will help to keep stretch marks away.
I use a face mask made with egg white sometimes, it makes my skin very smooth. Also I use sugar and mix it with milk, then scrub it on my face to remove dead skin. Also milk on your lips can help if your lips are dry. Hopefully this is helpful, I really like your tips :)
These tips are great! I use brown sugar and water to exfoliate my lips but using honey sounds like it would be a delicious substitute! I definitely want to try the sugar face mask. I love giving my lips a good scrub so I can imagine how a face scrub would feel!
..i;m a little leery about the baking soda on your teeth though, i know it's in most toothpastes..but i've heard that on its own it can be quite abbrasive to the enamel.. but don't quote me lol, i'm not sure. its just what i've heard. :)
