I purchased UD Primer Potion over a month ago and i HATE it. I hear so much hype about it so i decided to try it out. It creases on me no matter what i do. Anyone else have this problem?

I sometimes have bad creasing with it too! I wish the Nars one wasn't too expensive since that one I noticed worked better!

Yeah my eyelids look VERY wrinkly when I use UDPP. I think I'm going to try the Two Faced one now.

Anna, ive used 2Faced and i loved it. I think that maybe the UD one is morefor less oily skinned girls. Its a shame since it cost me so much.

YES! I have combo skin but my eyelids for some reason tend to be the most oily area on my face. When I purchased this when I first started using primer, I did it only because I heard so much hype. But through wear, I noticed it creased sometimes, especially during the hot summer months here in FL. It's not horrible because it did the job for me in the winter months, but I use bases during the summer since it's a bit more creamier and will hold the shadow longer.

I don't like it very much easier. Find it hard to apply eyeshadows and blending isn't just meh.

I've had problems with it too, it did make eyeshadow colours more vibrant but otherwise there were creasing problems/made my eyelid look wrinkly. Really sexy. ;) I'll need to find someone else to prime my eyelids in the meantime.

I'm with andii. Some people are going to adore it and some are going to hate it. That's usually the case with most makeup items though.
It wouldn't be such a huge seller if it didn't work well for a good chunk of people

No, it's definitely not a bad product! I hope I personally didn't come off as bashing it. Haha. But I agree, every cosmetic product is different for everyone. For me, during the more humid times of the year, it doesn't work for me as I said before. Sorry for any confusion!

The only problem I have with it is if I use it too often it drys out my lids( and they are oily) but for the most part I have yet to experience any creasing.

i love the UDPP. maybe dont use too much, i heard if you use too much it will be less effective, a little goes a long way. but not all products work for everyone

I really enjoy using the e.l.f. mineral face primer and the e.l.f. eyelid primer. The bottle for the e.l.f. mineral face primer kinda sucks because sometimes it pumps and sometimes it doesn't, but other than that it is great for the price. It's only $6 online and the eyelid primer is only $1. It's a great deal.

You could also try the Palladio eye primer as apparently it's from the same manufaturer as the Urban Decay ones. It works well for me and i have oily lids as well, couple that with hooded eyes and that is the best combo for eyeshadow creasing!

I'm so glad I'm not the only person who feels this way! I could never understand why people love them so much. I never noticed them helping with creasing or even keeping my color from fading or anything. I prefer using a nude cream shadow by Michael Todd as my base, or concealer with a translucent powder over that.

My favorite is NYX HD Eyeshadow Base. I also have oily lids and have tried elf's primer but this is the only one that has worked for me and it's only 6 dollars at Ulta! Def recommend!

I prefer the Eden or Sin over the original. Eden felt thicker, and it worked better. And I think Sin is so pretty. The original is decent but not fabulous.

I prefer Stila primer pot in taffy, its a thicker formula, kind of like a concealer stick and honestly the results are amazing with minimal crease.

Use your fingers to blend it!!
Its the best primer i've ever used :)

when i started using it, it used to crease then i found out that i was using TOO MUCH!! now i use a tiny amount and BLEND with my fingers NOW is the best primer i have used and i love it.. specially Eden it just makes bright colors pop

I like the old formula over the new one. Have you tried Pixie Epoxy?

Maybe you're using too much?.. I have VERY oily eyelids & it works great for me, but if you use too much than it will crease up...use a smaller amount & blend it out, then it should work better(:

Yeah! I tried out my friend's UD primer potion and I absolutely hated it! I prefer the Nars one hands down. I even prefer the elf one dollar one over Urban Decay
