The ELF palettes. Even though each was $5 it was a total waste of money. I have four or five plus three of the "Little Black Books" that I don't use because there is too much fall out, not enough pigmentation or too much pigmentation that it stains.
Any elf palette, pretty much everything from Revlon with the exclusion of the ColorStay foundation and select lipsticks (none from the ColorBurst line), Essence My Base primer, NARS Bysance Duo, Tarte "the starlet" Vanity Set... I think that's it?
Garnier BB Cream. Oily and yucky! With 2 colours to choose from the choice is pretty hopeless too! L'Oreal facial tanning gel, can't remember the exact name but it made my face look so dirty!!
Covergirl Smokey Shadow Blast, L'oreal Paris Studio Secrets anti-redness green color correcting concealer/primer, Sonia Kashuik Sweet Nothings eye shadow palette, among others.
Ugh it pains me to say this but... The Tarte Luxe List Amazonian Clay Color Collection and Woven Clutch. First let me say that I love the eye shadow quad (much bigger than I thought it would be), lip luster, mascara (one of my all time favs) But....the luminizing wand highlighter thing burned my skin! Ouch...Also the eyeliner was very dry and I couldn't even use it, I am guessing its because it was a sample size..The finishing powder is okay but the travel sized brush it comes with also is a fail..I wasn't expecting much from a travel brush but it was a shame considering the awesome quality of the other Tarte brushes I own. Shame because I love all of my Tarte products...At least I am still happy with half of the set!
I suppose I'm a little disappointed in my 88 palette from Coastal scent, some colours aren't vibrant enough for me even with a white base. Another disappointment would be half of my mascara collection. Mainly Rimmel brand but the Falsies are in that list too.
Revlon PhotoReady Airbrush Mousse Foundation - it was cakey and shimmery.
L'Oreal Voluminious Million Lashes - it flaked very badly and the smell was awful.
Payless Unfortgetable Moments palettes. Chalky, dry, not pigmented at all and the palettes made my eyes itch. I won one when they first launched then went and bought a different palette hoping it would be better.
Tarte True Blood palette, i don't hate it(i love a few of the shades) but was not worth the $50 something i paid for it. L'oreal Collegen mascara(flake city!) And any of the orignal BE loose powder shadows.
Avon holiday palette. They came in 3 sizes and I got the medium one. TG I didn't go for the large one. They lip colors are nice but the eyeshadows and blushes are terrible. Absolutely chalky and takes a million swipes to get color payoff. Avon's individual stuff is nice so expected so much better from them. Will never purchase another palette from them again!
NYC foundation primer. At $3, I should've known it was gonna suck, but I love some of their other stuff, so I gave it a try. I have a slightly oily t-zone, and the primer turned it into a serious oil spill. Ugh.
Estee Lauder DoubleWear foundation. I know a lot of people swear by it but it worked horribly with my skin, and I mean really horribly - felt mask-like with a thin layer, went all weird and and kinda seperated halfway through the day and I had 8 new blemishes by night time... just isn't for me I guess :(
Any CoverGirl eyeshadow....I've had one palette and two single eyeshadow's. And I hated all of them. I'm not one to throw away products but they were terrible. I couldn't even get the pigments onto my brush to put onto my eye, I had to scrape the colors just so they could pick up! :(

L'Oreal Colour Riche lipsticks! I can't even tell you how badly those dry out my lips.
@Cliona Q - American BB creams are something to avoid in general! They don't have the benefits of the original BB creams from South Korea and Japan!
