Try the neutrogena products, I have oily skin and had acne issues, and it helped me a lot, drink more water, and basically use oily skin special products to control the ph of skin and the oil production :)

Definetly use a Toner 2 clean the skin and wipe off the excess oils b4 u put on your makeup. Neutrogena products are definetly one of the best- i know they may smell very strong like alcohol but TRUST ME if your using something 2 mild it wont have the best effect xxx

I have oily skin, too! I use murad cleanser in the am and cetaphil at night! My moisturizer has salicylic acid in it as well! My oil has gotten much better since I switched my routine around!!!

Exfoliate! When I started to exfoliate my skin regularly I saw a vast improvement in the oil production (much less) plus it gets rid of all those pesky dead skin cells that can clog your pores and cause breakouts. Also be sure you're using stuff geared for your skin. If you dont have a problem with breaking out then getting on an acne regien may not work. Just look for things that are oil free. Hope that helps : )

A good skin care routine is always important. Toners with ingredients like tea tree and witch hazel are brilliant, ex foliate a couple of times a week and use a cleanser that works with oily skin, like Lush's Angels on Bare Skin (which I use). Don't use any thing like Clearasil as it is the worse possible facial product to use on your skin!!
Make up wise, translucent powder is your friend. If you can, carry around a small pot of powder with a small brush or sponge to pat onto oil zones during the day!
