Loreal Voluminous gives more volume than length but does give a little :) Maybelline line stiletto or milani liquifeye.

Eyeliner: ELF liquid eyeliner is really good. It dries fast and has a small brush so the line isn't super big.
Mascara: Get Big Lashes by Essence like Olivia said. I love it.

I agree with Vanessa on the pick for mascara. Loreal voluminous is the bomb dot com. As for liquid eyeliner I highly highly recommend physicians formula 2 in 1 felt tip liner. Nothing compares :) sooo easy to create any look with your liner and it can be bought in most drug stores
