Depends on what type of work your looking for. I love the cut but prospective employers may not think its so cute. Maybe after you get your new job?

I see a lot of people do that and instantly regret it, some people can pull it off because of their hair type and their facial shape

My friend did it and she said she TOTALLY regrets it.

You can do it bc when they shave it they part your hair to the side so you can always comb it over to hide the shaved side! I think you would look awesome!

I shaved the back of my head & dyed it blonde & although it looked cool & felt liberating I hated the growing out process. But if I never tried it I would always asked "what if". So go for it!

Try cutting of a little bit first so you can cover up with other hair and if it suits you and you want to, cut it more

I had it done and absolutely loved it! about the job hunting now..it depends on what kind of job you are looking for but if you put your hair on the other side you can hide it. when I decided I wanted to grow it back again I simply cut a fringe and parted my hair in the middle. I would do it again!

I don't like the look and most boys have said the same! and if you don't like it then you can't hide it and whilst its growing out it'll look silly! I personally think its trashy.

I just had a friend do this and she kindda had like a back up plan which was a good idea. What she did is befor she shaved it she started parting it so there was more hair on her left side of her head so then when she shaved her right if she didn't like it she could flip over more hair back to the right and make it look the it was never even shaved and she did end up likeing it but also like once in a while she would where it with some of the hair from the left side flipped to the right and it always looked perfectly nature when she did.

I love that style but I'd say no, because your looking for a job and depending on what kind of job they might not hire you.

If you want it, like, go for it.

I would say go for it, but if you are looking for a job that's super professional, I would at least part it down the middle and add extensions so it doesn't show. I think it looks pretty cool, and it doesn't really matter what other people think. It's what you want.

I wouldn't do it d your looking for a job! They might think its unprofessional, and think; would you rather have original hair and be jobless or be employed with regular hair? If you're looking for a change try dying it!

Nooo. It takes forever to grow back. My friend did it (she's very rebellious) and even she ended up hating it. And it grew in uneven... And she was teased for it. ;/

I loved it. I thought it looked so cute and it was fine for my work. My work allows me to be more artsy though.

I don't think it would help with the job search. Unfortunately lots of employers are still a little old fashioned so it might not be a good idea. Besides imagine the growing out process!

If you like it, go for it. I did it and I absolutely love it and have no regrets. :) I'm not sure what type of job you're looking for, but my job is fine with it. But with all due respect, if you have to ask people if you should get an extreme haircut / aren't totally confident about it, you probably will regret it and wouldn't be comfortable rocking it.
Also, the growing out process isn't so bad. Just change up your part if you don't want it to be seen.

I have mine shaved one side and just change the parting if I don't want it to be seen

Mine is like this, I had a weave put in to make the long side longer though, it's the best thing I ever did, as I like to be different, but I know it's going to be really difficult to grow back & it'll all be different lengths when you finally decide to grow it back. Its ultimately up to you. I had shoulder length hair & cut it all off in to a bob & then later in to a short cropped style & then with a undercut - I get bored easily haha. I say go for it! :)
