Perms can pretty much destroy your hair. especially if you don't have strong hair. it'll make it very dry and prone to frizz.

Perms are very bad for your hair. It changes the chemical bonds in your hair, which making it very prone to more damage and frizz. I love having curly hair too and I wish it was naturally like that, but I'd much rather have healthy hair than curly hair. Permed hair never looks like curling iron (ie. spirals) curls.

I get a straightener in my hair which is like a perm but only straightens and my hair is fine! I take realllly good care of it I guess! Take lots of vitamins for your hair & never forget to condition annnnnd do a hair mask 2 times a week(:

Perms DESTROY your hair so badly and it really isn't worth it. It will dry out your hair and your hair may break off a lot if you dob't gave strong enough hair. Can't you just use a curling wand??
